Please allow 3 to 5 days for your order to be processed. Our items reside at 1 of 2 locations and this allows us adequate time to transport items between our stores. You will receive a notification as soon as your item is ready for pickup. When checking out you will need to add your shipping address, even if you are choosing local pick up. Once you enter your shipping address it will give you the option of which store you would like to use for local pick up.

Items may be returned to our store within 3 days of purchase for in store credit only (After 3 days all sales are final). NEW RETAIL ITEMS - All sales are final. If you are out of the area, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your item advising that the item needs to be returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items will be consigned for 90 Days therefore all consigned items will be done on a seasonal basis.
- Jan - March: Spring - Lightweight long sleeve tops, pants, skirts, light jackets & Easter apparel
- April - June: Summer - Short Sleeves, Tank Tops, Shorts, sundresses, bathing suits and 4th of July
- July - September: Fall - Long Sleeves, Pants, Lighter weight sweaters, flannels, puffer jackets and Halloween Costumes and apparel
- October - December : Winter - Long Sleeves, Pants, Sweaters, Fleece, Coats, Snow gear, Thanksgiving and Christmas apparel
Looking to trade in all seasons, we accept all seasons size 2T & Up for Shop Credit.
How it works
What is the consignment split?
Consignment is split (40% to the consignor and 60% to Whippersnappers Kids and Maternity) when the item sells. Payments will be issued via Pay Pal. Consignors will be able to view their account balances at any time using our Consignor Portal.
When are Consignors Paid?
Once the item has sold, 40% of the selling price will be posted to the Consignors account. Payment is NOT automatically issued and must be requested from the consignor. Payment should be requested via e-mail at Whippersnappersresale@gmail.com by the 10th of the month and all payments will be issued via Pay Pal or Venmo by the 15th of the month.
How are Prices Determined?
Whippersnappers is soley responsible for setting the price of all consigned items. We use a competitive pricing algorithm based on the brand, type of item, size and condition.
How Long will my items be consigned?
Items will be consigned on a 90 Day Basis. Whippersnappers reserves the right to reduce the selling price by 25% after 60 Days. If items are consigned during our semi annual sales, we reserve the righ tot reduce the selling price by 50% regardless of the time the item has been in the shop. Semi Annual Sales are the 1st weekend in February and the last weekend in July.
